HALLOWEEN – DOUBLETREE

Thank you for your interest in our October 31, 2020 Kitchener Pop Up Wedding Date.  Due to overwhelming requests for more Pop Up dates, we will be adding this date in Kitchener on October 31, 2020 at the stunning DOUBLETREE in Kitchener.  It’s a completely newly renovated ballroom so we’ll have all the room we will need to safely socially distance up to 50 guests.  If you’d like to grab a spot, fill out your information below and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can to confirm your time.

Please ensure you complete all information correctly and we will be processing requests in order that we receive them.  Please note that submitting the form below in no way guarantees or books a spot.  Once we have confirmed the venue/inspiration board, we’ll review the requests in the order that they are received and we will then send a contract and invoice for the non-refundable, non-transferrable $1000 retainer to confirm the booking.
